The session will present a snapshot of China*s fast-changing regulatory, tax and investment environment. Participants will learn about procedural priorities and strategies to facilitate development of their business in China.

Throughout the day session leaders will guide participants through a detailed, real-life case study of a foreign auto parts company that invested in Ningbo, China. Other, ancillary case studies will underscore some of the topics described above. Videotape footage will highlight some issues. The session will begin at 8am and run until 4:30pm, with a half-hour lunch at 12pm.

Silk Road Communications, L.L.C. (SRC) will lead the session. SRC is a market research and business development group specializing in the success of foreign investments in China.
